Fall 2006 Style Trends

While the leaves in North America are turning yellow and red, the hues in shops are much less vibrant. The style scene this fall/autumn will be the greyest I've ever noticed. Just about every thing is in shades of grey, black, white, and various shades of those 3. From pants to jackets to hats, if there is 1 colour you should get this fall, it is grey! So get prepared to store for this season's types.

The Appear: Extremely 80s, school-uniform chic

The Trends:

Grey pants, skirts and culottes, having a hint of colour integrated in pinstripes or checks

Sleeveless sweaters layered more than complete sleeve button down shirts

Skinny pants

Thick black stockings and tights worn below dresses, skirts and culottes

Low ankle boots

Beige and black striped blouses and tops

Long tops that come as reduced as mid thigh

Large belts to become worn more than the lengthy tops (extremely 80s)

Short cropped jackets (worn more than the lengthy tops for an assymmetrical appear)

Knit sweater dresses (worn with stockings)

How to attain the appear: Be eclectic whenever you dress this fall. Place collectively pieces which you would not usually, to get a grundgy uniform chic style. Put on makeup in bold colours and big pieces of jewelry.
